Workshop on Optimization with PDE constraints

This workshop will provide an introduction to topics in optimization of problems governed by partial differential equations including those involving shape optimization problems. Theoretical and numerical aspects of formulating and solving such problems will be taught.

The workshop is open to masters and PhD students in mathematics and engineering departments and working scientists and faculty members in these departments. Outstation participants will be paid return train fare for travel inside India according to GOI rules along with boarding and lodging.
