Getting to TIFR CAM, Bangalore Tata Institute of Fundamental Research TIFR Centre For Applicable Mathematics Sharada Nagar, Chikkabommasandra Behind Yelahanka New Town Bus Stand Bangalore 560065 Karnataka, India Bangalore is well connected by railway line, road as well as air. Railway Nearest railway station is Yelahanka. Bangalore City and Bangalore Cantonment railway stations are about 22kms from TIFR CAM. From Yelahanka Railway Station : take an autorickshaw, fare is about Rs.30 From Bangalore City Railway station : * Go to Majestic bus stand opposite to Bangalore City railway station and KSRTC main bus stand. * Take a bus either, 284D or 402D from platform No.23, and get down at Yelahanka New Town, which will take (approximately 50 minutes). * Take the immediate left turn on the same side and again take a left turn at the dead end to TIFR CAM. One can reach TIFR CAM from Shivaji Nagar  bus stand by bus No.404. This stops near Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station also. From Yeshwanthpur Bus Stand ( also D gate of IISc) take any bus in the 401 series and get down at Yelahanka New Town. Air TIFR CAM is located about 22kms from Bangalore International Airport. Take a prepaid cab to reach TIFR CAM, Yelahanka New Town (approximately Rs. 200). Alternatively take a volvo bus (Rs.80), get down at kogilu cross and take an autorickshaw (Rs.30).
