The incumbents of the Chair are Prof Mythily Ramaswamy and Prof Spenta Wadia (ICTS-TIFR). Some of the main research themes are * Dynamical systems, stochastic analysis, and data assimilation * Homogenization and inverse problems * Control and stabilization of complex systems * Numerical schemes for fluid flows and Uncertainty Quantification * Inertial particles in turbulent flows The following research groups of ICTS are involved in the activities of the EADS chair. * Astrophysical relativity * Data assimilation and dynamical systems * Statistical physics and turbulence The following research groups of CAM are involved in the activities of the EADS chair. * Homogenization and inverse problems * Control and stabilization of complex systems * Numerical schemes for fluid flows and Uncertainty Quantification * Probability theory and stochastic processes |
